Americans with Disabilities Act - 42 U.S.C. §§12101, et seq.

The ADA can be found at 42 U.S.C. §§12101, et seq. and protects disability discrimination in the workplace (Title I), involving public entities (government operated establishments) (Title II) and by those that provide “public accommodations” (essentially private entities that provide services to the public) (Title III). The ADA is a broadly interpreted statute that is more inclusive as to what is considered a discriminatory act(s).
